SAFETY AND GOVERNANCE OF THE AI ITSELF
Safe, private and made for aged care
You are responsible for people's most personal information, at their most vulnerable moments. AgedCare AI was designed around that responsibility from day one, not added on afterwards.

Four principles, built in from the start
Every decision about AgedCare AI is weighed against these four principles before it ships.
Your information stays yours
Your data stays private and is never used to train public AI tools.
People stay in charge
AgedCare AI suggests. Your team reviews, decides and approves.
Built for Australian standards
Designed with the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Strengthened Quality Standards in mind.
A local team you can call
Designed and supported by Innovation Philosophy, based in Sydney since 2016.
The five stages of getting started
Many organisations start using AgedCare AI within about a month, with connections to their own data sources following after that.
1
Your own private environment
Your organisation's data lives in its own separate, secured environment. It is never pooled with other organisations' data, and it is never used to train public AI tools that other organisations might use.
3
Secure sign in, and access only for the people who need it
Every person has their own named account, with secure sign-in that supports two factor authentication (2FA). They only see what their role allows, and your own administrators can review and adjust access at any time.
2
Protected in transit and at rest
Information is encrypted both while it moves between systems and while it is stored, using current industry standard protections.
4
A clear record of who did what
Approvals, edits and AI-assisted actions are recorded, so you can show an auditor what happened, when, and who was responsible.
People stay in charge, always
AgedCare AI is an assistant, not a decision maker. That distinction shapes how every tool is built.
AI drafts, people decide
Letters, reports and forms are drafts until a person reviews and approves them. Your organisation decides which routine tasks can run automatically.
Answers you can trace
AskMe shows the policy and section each answer came from, so staff and auditors can check it, not just trust it.
Clear responsibility
Your team remains the author of anything saved, sent or submitted, and checks AI-assisted content before it is used.
Adjustable, not fixed
Your organisation controls which tools are switched on, who can use them, and how much autonomy Autopilot and Workflows are given over time.
What AgedCare AI is, and what it is not
Clear boundaries keep the tool safe and keep clinical decisions where they belong.
What it is
Administrative, documentation and governance software for aged care providers. It helps staff find and apply your own policies, find and summarise what is already recorded, prepare documents and reports, analyse quality, compliance and operational information, and manage governance.
What it is not
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, screen for, monitor, predict or treat any condition, and it does not recommend medicines, doses or treatment for any person. It is not for emergencies or time-critical decisions.
Who decides
Clinical assessment and care decisions stay with your qualified staff and each resident's treating practitioners, following your own clinical policies and escalation procedures.
Built around the rules you already live by
AgedCare AI is designed specifically for the Australian aged care regulatory environment, not adapted from a generic product.
Aged Care Act 2024
Designed with the new Act's obligations in mind, including the shift towards a rights-based model of care.
Strengthened Quality Standards
Continuous Improvement, Feedback and Risk modules map to the seven Standards that took effect from July 2025.
Australian Privacy Principles
Built with the Privacy Act 1988 in mind, covering how personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed.
AI and Transparency Statement
AgedCareAI uses AI to support aged care providers. It is designed to support, not replace, the judgement of qualified people. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Learn more at oaic.gov.au.
